FAQ: Where Can I Find Out If I Am Eligible For The COVID-19 Vaccine?
FAQ: What Happens If I Book A COVID-19 Vaccine and I am NOT Eligible?
If you book a COVID-19 Vaccine and you are NOT eligible you will NOT receive your vaccine and you will be turned away.
FAQ: What Does The $60 Fee Travel Include
The $60 fee covers everyone within the household wanting to be vaccinated.
FAQ: Inventory Fee, Discounted 100% & Not Charged
When checking out you will notice aside from the $60 per household and day/time fee there is an inventory subtotal fee that is instantly discounted. This is for inventory purposes and you are not charged for the flu shots only the House visit fee.
FAQ: Senior Doses & What Happens If None Are Available
Senior doses cannot be guaranteed as they are in short supply. If you are requiring a senior dose and are not willing to receive a regular dose in its place – we urge you to contact your family physician, or local pharmacy. If you would like to speak to a doctor with an OHIP covered phone consultation about the different vaccines options please let us know and we can arrange this.

If we attend your home and you request a senior dose, and we DO NOT have a senior dose available – you will receive the regular adult dose in its place.
FAQ: This Is My Child's First Flu Vaccine (6 months - 9 years old)
Children aged 6 months to less than 9 years of age receiving seasonal influenza vaccine for the first time should be given two doses of influenza vaccine with a minimum interval of four weeks between doses. Children who have received influenza vaccine in previous years should receive one dose per flu season. Those wishing to book both visits through Mobile Flu Clinic, will be required to pay the fee of $60 for each visit.
FAQ: What if I don't have valid OHIP?
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
You must give a miniumum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Any missed or cancelled appointments within 48 hours will be subject to a $50 per person charge. To cancel an appointment please email us or contact us HERE.
Late Policy
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time your vaccine may be given away to another patient.
